The Menu: Mini Foods

Today is going to be short and sweet… my client project is due tomorrow for event planning. Feeling a tad overwhelmed. My client Mary Kirk and her fiance are getting at 2 o’clock and they are on a very limited budget. We needed to feed folks but didn’t want to put an all out meal together. We wanted to do more than just cake, but didn’t want to feed people an entire meal. Too many Benjamin’s and not enough bang. Instead we came up with this…

MINI FOODS:
Macaroni Cheese Balls, Mini Quesadillas, Non-alcoholic beverages, Cups of Mini French Fries, Sliders, Mini Crab Cakes, Veggie plate, Mini Funnel Cakes, and Mini Pigs in a Blanket.
{editor’s note: there will be alcoholic beverages provided as well}

The reception is directly to follow the full mass so guests will not arrive at the venue until 3 o’clock. Mary Kirk and I loved the idea of the minis. Fill ’em up without actually feeding them. I think anything miniature is adorable.

 What are your thoughts on mini foods? Like it or Spike it?
