Side Note: Tonsillitis for the third time. Two shots in either cheek. Docta said I should look into getting them out. Who’s had these bad boys out? Worth it? WILL I LOSE WEIGHT? This could be a draw all together! Let me know.
Wow, I absolutely love that and might have to make some sort of sign for my house, because it certainly describes my family to a T. Hope your tonsils feel better..I don't have any personal advice and don't know what the surgery would be like for an adult, but know that it does wonders for kids!
I had my tonsils out between junior and senior year (college). I also had my adnoids out and my deviated septum corrected at the same time so my recovery was 2 weeks. I do know that tonsils when you are older is difficult but girl, I have not been sick (like really bad sick other than stomach bug) since then. Not sure on the loosing weight thing either because my mom was pouring smoothies and milkshakes down my throat.
