Double RL Ranch

In case y’all missed Oprah yesterday I’m bringin’ ya the goods. I give you the Lauren family’s 17,000 acre ranch in Telluride, Colorado. If you’ll remember that is where the Tiffster (sister to those who are new here) and I will be purchasing our winter home. 17,000 acres is a tad small for us though, we might need at least 20,000. If ya missed it you can go here. Enough talking. Start drooling.

Can I be them?

Entrance to Double RL.

The Main Lodge.

Master bedroom in the main lodge.

Saloon/Screening Room.
Note: I think I’ve shown this for our future lodge or maybe it’s just in my file.

Saloon/Screening Room again. It’s so cozy. Makes me want to snuggle up in a chair with some hot chocolate.

The Cookhouse.

Cookhouse Terrace. I know my friends and I would never leave this spot.

Little Brown Cabin.

Little Bear Cabin.
Are y’all crying yet?

Mudroom at Little Bear Cabin.
Even the mudroom is perfect. Lived in, yet beautiful.

Little Bear Cabin can accommodate as many as eight people.

Little Blues Pony Cabin.

Elkmeadow Cabin.
This is where Oprah lodged while at Double RL.

Pool that reflects the Rockies.

The Vance Barn.
(obsessed with the name)
The 3 story barn was built before the Lauren’s bought it, but Ralph made it better. Shocking.

Dining at The Vance.

Inside The Vance. Those chandeliers. It’s everything I’ve ever wanted.

Guesthouse airstream camper. Pretty incredible. I would love to hear Ralph telling his guests “Um, you’ll be in the trailer.” Little do they know.

NBD those are just Ralph’s ranch hands. I’m sorry, but cowboys are the hottest thing God ever gave women.

Guest Tepee. BRILLIANT! WHY DIDN’T I THINK OF THAT!

I mean come on, how cool is that? Handpainted by Native American artists.
I’m replicating this. I have to. There is no other option.

I know, shocking right? Me? Obsessed with Ralph Lauren? Never. Are y’all as obsessed with it as I am?

Gorgeous I couldn't imagine waking up to that view every morning, and I would "camp" in that tepee.

Ralph is an all American genius!!!Love that he and Ricki all so devoted to each other and the family!!Also, just loved that they are so natural,no botox or plastic surgery either of them, all natural, aging beautifully!!
I guess I have always loved everything they have ever done, and it surprises me how much RL in in our home!!No wonder they have 17,000 acres,I believe I paid for maybe 1 or 2!

The amount of love and detail put into the ranch is insane! Like the most beautiful compound I'd never leave! Love everything the Laurens touch…such classy elegance and an air of sophistication…ranch style!
